Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original condition and packaging
Quality Check
Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection. If the product meets our return and exchange criteria, the request will be approved.
Refunds
After the product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically credited within 7 working days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
