Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched/shipped. Once
the order is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Return & Exchange Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY under the following two conditions:
Wrong Size Delivered: If the size received is different from the size ordered.
Damaged/Defective Product: If the clothing has a manufacturing defect or is torn upon arrival.
Strict
Tag Policy: Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the
Brand Tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the return will be
strictly rejected.
Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund
Process: Once the return is picked up and passes our quality check, the
refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7
working days.
